Delivery and returns

Delivery

• Where: we deliver to UK addresses only.
• Cost: £[DELIVERY PRICE] for standard UK delivery, or free when you spend £[FREE DELIVERY THRESHOLD] or more.
• When: orders are sent out within [DISPATCH DAYS] working days and usually arrive [DELIVERY DAYS] working days after that. Deliveries to some remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, can take a little longer.
• Tracking: we'll email you tracking details when your order is on its way.

If your order hasn't arrived within [LATE AFTER DAYS] working days of dispatch, email hello@sparkleandsquish.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Here's how:

1. Tell us within 14 days of your order arriving. Email hello@sparkleandsquish.co.uk with your order number and which squishes you're returning. You can use the form below, but you don't have to.
2. Send the squishes back within 14 days of telling us, to [RETURNS ADDRESS]. [RETURN POSTAGE: e.g. "You'll need to pay for return postage."] Please keep your proof of postage.
3. Get your refund. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the squishes back, or of you showing us proof you've sent them, whichever is sooner. We'll refund the price of the squishes and the standard delivery cost you paid, to your original payment method.

We may reduce your refund if a squish has been used or damaged more than you'd need to check it, just as you would in a shop.

Faulty or damaged?

Sorry! Email hello@sparkleandsquish.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the cost of sending it back and give you a replacement or a refund. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected.
